1. General Information

These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed with Menacedoggear, a sole proprietorship based in the Netherlands.

Menacedoggear specializes in handmade and custom-made dog gear. By purchasing from Menacedoggear, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, placing an order, or purchasing through links promoted via social media (including Instagram and TikTok), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Products & Handmade Nature

All products are handmade. Due to the nature of handmade items, slight variations in color, size, or finish may occur. These variations are considered normal and are not defects.

Many items are custom-made to order based on customer-provided information.

4. Custom Orders & EU Right of Withdrawal

Custom-made or personalized products are created specifically for the customer.

In accordance with EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized products.
Once production has started, custom items cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

Menacedoggear is not responsible for incorrect sizing or information provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for carefully checking measurements before ordering.

5. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in the applicable currency at the time of purchase.
Payment must be completed in full before production or shipping begins.

Menacedoggear reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

6. Production Time

Custom items require production time. Any estimated processing times are provided as guidelines and may vary due to workload, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Shipping

Menacedoggear ships from the Netherlands.

Menacedoggear is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers or customs. Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
We will, however, assist where possible to help resolve shipping-related issues.

8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Returns, refunds, and cancellations are subject to our Return & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Service.

Refunds will only be issued after a return or cancellation has been reviewed and approved by Menacedoggear.

9. Exchanges

Menacedoggear does not offer exchanges. If a different size or product is required, a new order must be placed.

10. Liability

Menacedoggear is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the use or misuse of our products.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that products are suitable for their dog and are used safely and appropriately at all times.

11. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, logos, product descriptions, and content created by Menacedoggear are the intellectual property of Menacedoggear and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

12. Privacy

Customer information is used solely for order processing and communication. Personal data will not be shared with third parties, except where necessary to fulfill an order or comply with legal obligations.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.
