Menacedoggear specializes in handmade, custom-made products created specifically for your dog. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
Custom & Handmade Items
All custom items are made to order. Once production has started, custom handmade products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Please ensure you carefully check the correct size for your dog before placing your order.
Menacedoggear is not responsible for incorrect sizing chosen by the customer.
Pre-Made Items
Pre-made (non-custom) items may be returned under the following conditions:

The item is unused

The item is returned in its original condition

A return request is made within 14 days of delivery
Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage will not be accepted.
Returns & Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect due to an error by Menacedoggear.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before production has started on your custom product.
Once work on your item has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.
Exchanges
Menacedoggear does not offer exchanges. If you require a different size or item, please place a new order.

Refunds
