Menace dog gear offers both pre-made and custom-made products.

  • Custom-made items are handmade to order and require production time.

  • Pre-made items are usually processed faster.

Estimated processing times are provided on the product page or during checkout. Please note that these are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary due to workload, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship using reliable shipping carriers. Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the selected shipping method.

Delivery times are indicative and start after the order has been processed and shipped. Menace dog gear is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or external factors.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the destination and order size.

International Shipping

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address.
Menace dog gear is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.
If your package is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us and we will assist where possible in opening an investigation with the carrier.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery and include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can help find a solution.
